Elevation of the proposed academic wing

Immaculate Conception Apostolic School
Center Harbor, New Hampshire

ICAS is an existing graduate studies school for the Legionaries of Christ on a 28.46-acre site in Center Harbor. The program calls for the renovation of the original estate house (currently used as classrooms) and dormitory building. The central architectural feature of the new campus plan is the atrium linking old and 144,470 square feet of new buildings. Directly connected to this atrium is a new chapel building and the new academic wing. Program features of the academic wing include classrooms, library, dining hall and kitchen spaces. A separate auditorium building is also planned for a later phase of construction.
