RHBPC designed this in-fill residential project in the Village of Port Chester, New York. The tight site in an existing single- and multi-family neighborhood made use of a PUD-type provision of the zoning code that had not been previously used. The resulting 11 townhouses incorporate three floors, three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, parking, and storage in two buildings separated by a common courtyard.

RHBPC coordinated a diverse team of consultants in pre-application discussions and approval hearings with the Village. RHBPC provided construction documents and administration to complete the project.
