Muppets Studio
New York, New York
completed 1980

This five-story townhouse in New York City houses the design studios, offices, and conference/ video facilities for the muppets.  The project involved major renovation of all floors of the building, as well as restoration of the exterior, to meet the unique requirements of this highly creative client.
