Mark C. Behr, LEED© AP

Mark has served as Senior Project Manager and Director of Design for the Vermont office of RHBPC for the past 10 years and has been with the firm for over 17 years. Mark has managed and contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects from multi-family housing, hotel and condo projects to educational master planning projects and several commercial projects.

Mark coordinated a diverse team of professionals from across the country in the preliminary development and planning for the University of Sacramento. He was a driving force in the evaluation of physical conditions and constraints of the proposed site as well as the preparation of land acquisition documentation.

As Project Manager, Mark coordinated the design and implementation of the Master Plan as well as the design development for the first phase of the School’s expansion.

Mark’s work includes new LEED© certified projects in the Northeast as well as his contributions to the single-family practice of the firm as evidenced in the design and construction of several custom homes on the Vermont National Golf Course in Burlington, Vermont and elsewhere on the East Coast.
