Joseph Plouffé, RA

Joseph serves as Vice President for the New York office with over 12 years of experience in the architectural practice. During his career he has been involved in the production of a variety of projects from residential, commercial, educational and retail which vary from new construction to all scales of renovation and historic preservation.

Joseph’s key responsibilities includes feasibility studies of existing conditions, planning and design opportunities, programming, construction detailing, production of contract documents, construction administration and construction management. His close interaction with clients, state agencies, contractors and consultants has resulted in projects being on schedule and within budget constraints.

As a graduate from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, Joseph was engaged in an intensive course of study which focused on urban form as a contextual basis for designing various architectural spaces. Through this he has acquired the knowledge and skills to incorporate a wide range of discourse into every architectural investigation on all scales.
